Ryan Fletcher invited me to perform on Melodies in Mind. This is a great folk-oriented show out of Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, BC.

On my first tour of the US west coast, I stopped in at Poore Richards. I was feeling the road at the time and Delaware seemed like the perfect song to get things started.

Whether one has faith in Zeus or the Buddha there is a language of the heart that we speak - the language of circumstance and omens. This song expresses my own relationship with faith and my struggle to believe in possibilities.

My friends, the Biddy Bums, used to play weekly at Lestat's in San Diego. I was invited to open one night & started off with this song. Mountain of Nickels is a message to everyone who’s trying to follow an ‘impractical’ dream.

The Will Edwards Band at one of our most exciting shows in 2003. What a fantastic audience! Treasure Maps is an autobiography about following in the footsteps of my idols, my secrecy about who I am and finding a voice.
